Ouch !!

I've had a bad day! I woke up this morning with a crick in my neck which got worse throughout the morning. I ended up talking to the physio at work about it and she gave me a neck brace/support which did help but makes me look very silly!!!
I was in so much pain when I got home from work that I had to ring Kate and Penny and cancel tea :-(
Instead we all sat down and watched The Kings Speech. Not sure that the children thought it was the most exciting but I thought it was amazing and enjoyed it so much.



I'm going to have to watch it again soon as Liz and Wendy are coming over for a film night but it's one that I wont mind at all xxx
